📋 Option A — Paste from Google Sheets
Open your old Google Sheet → Select all data → Copy (Ctrl+C) → Paste below.
Expected columns: Name · Flat · Amount · Date · Mobile (optional)
Paste directly from Google Sheets — headers should be in the first row

Upload a CSV, Excel (.xlsx / .xls), or PDF file. Excel files with multiple sheets show a sheet picker — choose which one to import. PDF text is extracted and placed in Option A for review before importing.

🔍 Flat Number Lookup
Type a flat number to instantly see resident details, contribution history and contact info. Used by the admin for manual/cash entry — no need to remember names.

📋 Workflow
How to get historical data into D1:

Import CSV
Use the Import History tab to load your CSV files for each year.

Review data
Check the records in the table. Edit or delete any incorrect entries before syncing.

Sync to D1
Click Sync to D1 to write all imported records to the Cloudflare D1 database. Duplicates are automatically skipped.
4
Verify
Use Check D1 Connection above to confirm the record count, or open the Contributors page to see the live honor roll.
